1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using mega888vip's services in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions.

2 Member Eligibility

• Not a Mega888VIP Employee: Employees, contractors, business partners, or their immediate family members are not eligible to register as mega888vip members for the purpose of real-money betting or gaming.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mega888vip account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, active phone number, and any other required contact details.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever your personal details change.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times. mega888vip is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Notify mega888vip immediately through the customer support channel if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Mega888vip reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or another recognised proof of identity.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on mega888vip are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. The accepted payment methods are the following local Malaysian payment options:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks that support FPX)

For withdrawals, mega888vip aims to process all requests within 30 to 60 minutes from the time of request. VIP members enjoy priority processing in under 30 minutes. mega888vip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation if there are signs of suspicious activity on the account in question.

Funds deposited into a mega888vip account are intended for gaming purposes only and are not to be used as a money storage instrument. Mega888vip reserves the right to impose an administrative fee on accounts that have been inactive for a specified period in accordance with the applicable policy.

5 Bonus & Promotions

6 Game Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Mega888vip reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The member failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding the active account eligibility policy.
• Upon request by Malaysian law enforcement agencies or a valid court order.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the mega888vip support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be refunded to the member upon completion of the necessary review, subject to the conditions set out herein.

9 Limitation of Liability
